JP is the head of the Business Process (Design & Improvement) Team at NBI – the company tasked with rolling out the Irish government’s National Broadband Plan, connecting primarily rural & remote locations across Ireland with fibre broadband.

JP specialises in improving how an organisation works, reducing operational waste & increasing the value-add that an organisation brings to its customers / stakeholders / recipients. He applies Lean 6-Sigma improvement methodologies to his work with a view to ensuring that any changes / improvements that are implemented are sustainable for all parties involved. JP also has a background in learning & development, including teaching, coaching and mentoring, as well as training strategy and course design.
